As we work together through the social and economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, we assure you that Quality One Exteriors is committed to the safety and well-being of our employees, as well as our customers. We have taken appropriate measures at our corporate office, which include encouraging our office staff to work from home, when feesible, and limiting the number of employees allowed in the office at a time, when working from home is not feesible. We have also incrased the frequency of which we disinfect and clean commonly used spaces.

Please know that, as an essential business, we are still dedicated to assisting our customers with their restoration needs during this time. Our Project Managers are working dillingently to provide insurance claims assistance as usual, while still maintaining the recommended social distance. However, if you are concerned and would prefer not to meet in person, we do have a plan in place which would involve no physical interaction. Our "Virtual Inspection" is a no-contact way for you to receive a free damage assessment and still take advantage of our Claim Settlement Assistance services. Using the virtual method, we are able to communicate via virtual meetings and process estimates and contracts with electronic signatures.
